Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange / Refund Policy Overview
At Vedlife, we aim to provide you the best shopping experience. However, to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, please read the following carefully before placing an order.
2. Returns & Exchanges: Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products that are in their original, unopened packaging, unused, with original receipt/invoice and tags intact.
- Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
- If we deliver a wrong product (i.e. not matching the order confirmation), you may request a return/exchange.
3. Time Limit for Return/Exchange Requests
- Any return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For claimed defects or damage on delivery, you must inform us via email at vedlife100@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Conditions for Exchange / Return Approval
- Upon receiving a return or exchange request, our team will inspect the product to verify the condition (sealed, unused, undamaged).
- Only after successful verification and approval will the exchange / return be processed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage or usage by the customer are not covered under this policy.
5. Shipping Charges and Return Shipping
- Shipping charges for the original delivery are non-refundable.
- Customer will bear the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a company error (e.g. wrong product, damaged on arrival).
- In case of such company errors, we will advise on return shipping — if applicable.
6. Refund Procedure
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and if return is approved, we will process the refund (excluding original shipping charges).
- Refund will be issued within 7–21 working days from the date we receive the returned product and your refund account/payment details.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or as store credit / wallet (as per company’s discretion).
- Note: If the order was under a discount or special offer, refund amount may exclude any discount benefits as per our internal policy.
7. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in resalable condition.
- Returns or exchanges accepted only within 7 days of delivery; after that period we will not entertain return/exchange unless there is a proven defect at delivery or wrong product delivered.
8. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange / Refund
- Email us at vedlife100@gmail.com within the stipulated time period with your order number, date of delivery, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if defective/damaged or wrong item delivered).
- We will respond as soon as possible to guide you through the process.
9. Limitations / Company Rights
- Vedlife reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange request if the product fails inspection or does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Shipping charges incurred on free trial products (if any) are non-refundable.
- Vedlife reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any change will be effective from the “Last Updated” date shown on the policy page.
