Shipping & Cancellation Policy
1. Currency & Payment
- All prices on the Vedlife website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), and all charges will be paid in Indian Rupees.
- Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment options provided on site (cash free payment gateway).
2. Shipping / Delivery
- We ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
- Delivery is via ground-based courier / domestic courier services.
- Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days — actual delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location (state / pin-code / area).
- For orders below a certain threshold (for example ₹599), a minimum shipping charge may apply.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), a nominal COD fee may apply.
3. Offers & Promo Codes
- To avail a promotional offer or promo-code discount, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping cart/bag page before checkout.
- Offer codes are case-sensitive, and must be entered exactly as given.
- Only one promo/offer code may be used per order.
- Promo codes may not apply to items already discounted or on sale (as per the terms of that offer).
4. Order Confirmation
- Your order is considered confirmed once you receive our order confirmation (on-screen after checkout) and a confirmation email or message with your order number and order details.
- Once confirmation is generated, your order enters processing — and changes or cancellations from customer side may not always be allowed (see below).
5. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
- To cancel, you must contact us (vedlife100@gmail.com. via our support email) within a short window after placing the order (for instance, within 4–24 hours), depending on order processing speed.
- Once the order is shipped/dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Cancellation by Vedlife (Company / Seller-Side)**
Vedlife may cancel an order in certain situations, such as:
- Product is out of stock / temporarily unavailable
- Error or inaccuracy in product pricing, description, or promotion information
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or non-serviceable area
- Limit on purchase quantity exceeded / internal restrictions apply
If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full (minus any non-refundable fees, if specified), and inform you promptly.
7. Refund on Cancellation
- If the order is cancelled before shipment (either by you or by us), refund will be processed to the original payment method (or e-wallet / store credit, whichever applies).
- Refund processing time may vary depending on bank / payment method, but will be done as soon as possible (for example within 10–15 business days).
- Shipping charges or COD fees (if any) may not be refundable, unless cancellation is due to seller’s error, as per our internal policy.
8. Order Tracking and Notifications
- Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number or link (via email/SMS or through your account) so you can track the courier status.
- For any delivery-related issues (delay, non-delivery, damaged package), you should contact our customer support immediately.
9. Maximum Purchase / Resale Policy (if applicable)
- Products on Vedlife are intended strictly for personal use only.
- For certain items, there may be a maximum purchase limit per customer within a specific time frame. If this limit is exceeded, the order may be cancelled.
- If it is found that ordered products are being resold (i.e. for commercial resale), we reserve the right to cancel orders and take appropriate action.
